Our New Home

Well as of today we have a place we can call home (almost)! We have a signed and ratified lease for a great space in Purcellville, 725 E. Main Street. The unit is in the Shoppes at Main and Maple, right off of Main St behind where the old ReStore used to be. We are at the back of the breezeway in the end unit on the left with brick walls and lot’s of character. It’s going to be a great taproom once built out!

It took a while to get everything in order and to negotiate the lease, but there is a lot to consider when putting in a brewery and taproom. Had this been a retail space, we would have been opened months ago! We had a great agent, Sam Chapman, helping us out with the process, which made it much easier. If you ever need commercial space, you can’t do much better than Sam.

Look for us to open our doors in the Fall… hopefully by October if all goes well. Until then stay tuned and cheers!
